- Randy Means
- Lead SME for Use of Force Course, Mr. Randy Means is the primary legal and risk management instructor for the IACP and currently heads its Legal Officers Section, the national association of police attorneys. He has taught collaboratively with most of the leading police use of force experts and trainers in this country. His work has been mentioned in the Wall Street Journal, discussed on 60 Minutes and featured on the Law Enforcement Television Network. He is a known and respected police legal advisor/trainer in America; his national seminars include "Best Practices with the Use of Force" and "Keys to Winning with the Use of Force".
